So, I know most of you were probably wondering where good old Steve Aoki has been these days, and luckily for you I have that answer. The popular electro club DJ will be coming to Republic Live TOMORROW (February 11th), and I just happen to have TWO PAIRS OF TICKETS to give out to 2 lucky kids.

Steve Aoki (who’s dad freaking started BENIHANA… #claimtofame) is best known for pouring vodka down people’s throats his crazy live shows and being the originator of Dim Mak Records, a label that has released albums from the likes of MSTRKRFT (ever heard of them?), The Bloody Beetroots, Klaxons, Scanners, Whitey, and more. This kid has done some other things with his free time including remixing just about every big name in the biz and doing his celebrity duty by dabbling in fashion, launching a Dim Mak clothing line with his sis and developing lines for various other brands. If you’ve ever been to the (godfather) party blog, The Cobra Snake, there’s no doubt you’ve seen Steve in action, running (shirtless) around stage and thrashing his long Asian locks to whatever electro song he decides to jam. So, basically, if you want to party (and get drunk), this is the show to do it at tomorrow.

ToddyB!, and (our friends) Score More and Knuckle Rumbler are joining Dim Mak Records to bring Steve to Austin’s hottest dance club down on west 5th, along with DJ ATran, Exceed, DJ Digg and Prepmode.
